In your caregiver role, you will have the unique opportunity to provide one-on-one non-skilled care to patients in their home. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides daily care based on the patients care plan
• Light housekeeping: dusting, mopping, sanitize bathrooms/kitchen
• Assists with Meal planning/preparation
• Laundry assistance
• Provide companionship; play games, assist on walks, reading
• Assists with organizing closets/drawers/living space

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid and active state-issued DL
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
