Waneka Park Assisted Living is currently seeking a Full-Time Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) to join our clinical team!

RETENTION BONUS OF $2000/FT AND $1800/PT!!!!

Schedule: 6pm to 6am

Wage: $19.00 to $21.76

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for proper medication dosage, medication monitoring and appropriate medication storage.
• Administer medications within scope of practice and job description.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Maintains resident stability by checking vital signs and weight.
• Provides residents with quality personal hygiene.
• Provides resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials.
• Answers residents’ call lights and requests and transports residents.
• Reports observations of the resident to nursing supervisor.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid and active state-issued QMAP certification.
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards, federal and state regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated dependability and punctuality
