The Janitor role is responsible for maintaining day-to-day cleanliness throughout the community and other duties assigned under the supervision of the Maintenance Director.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vacant units for future residents following community check list
• Inspects common areas and community amenities daily to ensure that these areas are in clean/safe condition
• Mop, sweep, vacuum all common areas
• Clean / Sanitize Restrooms and handrails throughout the community
• Empty Trash
• Dust/ Clean Light Fixtures and Mirrors
• Shampoo Carpet as needed
• Informs supervisor of supplies and equipment needs to meet the day-to-day operational needs of the facility and residents.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a commercial, industrial, or healthcare environment preferred

WAGE RANGE: $16.50 - $18.00 D.O.E. / APPLICATION DEADLINE: 6/30/2025
